Make your organization AI-native
From using AI to make individual tasks fasterRethinking how the organization works by building around what AI makes possible.
I can’t solve all your problems, but I know how to make things easier. I’ve been there. I’m still there. And I’ve learned that everywhere you go, it’s the same story, just told differently.
That’s why I built MJFW, the leadership framework at the heart of my mentoring.

You start Monday wanting to work on direction. Then comes an escalation, an incident and a “quick” decision. By Friday, everything is handled—and nothing stops next week looking exactly the same.
The board is green, velocity looks healthy and everyone was busy. But when someone asks what actually changed for the customer or business, there’s no clear answer. Just another pile of completed work.
You agree priorities on Monday. By Thursday, urgent requests have displaced half the sprint. Everyone has a reason, but nobody can say which previous commitment should give way.
You wake up to find your US-based boss changed the plan overnight. Or an escalation took off while you were in meetings because stakeholders acted on old information. Either way, you still own the outcome.
You added people to increase capacity. Instead, seniors are onboarding, reviews pile up, dependencies multiply and decisions take longer. The team is bigger, but delivery somehow feels slower.
One person wants a promotion, another may leave. Goals get ignored, 1:1s go silent, and someone is clearly coasting. None of it has a clean technical fix—and all of it lands with you.
Suddenly there are more people, missing expertise and unclear technical ownership. The codebase is bigger, processes are heavier, information is harder to find—and nobody quite knows how things work anymore.

From producing more codeMaking more impact by owning the problem end to end: Evaluation → Implementation → Activation → Adoption.
From firefighting and running in the hamster wheelMoving forward calmly and predictably by seeing your work as a system, not a collection of tasks and processes.
From being a mum for everyoneShaping and growing the team around the problem it needs to solve and the impact it needs to make, without burning yourself out.
From being (micro)managedLeading with autonomy and influence by understanding what matters, driving it forward, and actively managing up your manager and stakeholders.
